Eastern & Oriental Express

The harmonious combination of Asian materials, motifs and elements has created a unique blend of nostalgia and exoticism, adventure and elegance. It welcomes passengers on the platform and transports them to another world as soon as they board the train.
All compartments are air-conditioned and have a shower, WC and large panoramic windows. Equipped with international sockets, private safe and hairdryer. During the day, the beds transform into comfortable seating.
There are three different types of compartment.

Pullman Cabin

In the Pullman compartment, the beds are arranged one above the other. It is possible to book a Pullman Single Cabin, which has a single bed (limited number of single compartments).

State Cabin

The State compartment has beds arranged side by side.

Presidential Cabin

The Presidential Suite has two single beds and a separate dressing room. In addition:
- Champagne at your disposal throughout the journey
- Caviar, fruit basket and flowers on boarding
- Luxury toiletries
- 24-hour service on board
- Private transfers on arrival and departure
- Direct access to the General Manager to discuss your trip and excursions

Dining Cars

There are two dining cars in the Eastern & Oriental, offering exquisite cuisine in perfect company. The "Adisorn" and "Malaya" carriages reflect the art and culture of Asia in design - dine in elm panels and light wood inlays or in rosewood with decorative lacquer panels hand-painted with delicate flowers.

Lunch and dinner are served in the dining cars. Breakfast with croissants, fruit, coffee, tea and juice is brought to your cabin every day.
Meals are prepared exclusively in the on-board kitchen. The chefs conjure up both Western and Oriental menus from fresh and local ingredients.
